More than one of us would like to wake up one morning with the feeling that we have stopped being shy and are ready to go out and enjoy any social gathering. Unfortunately, this doesn’t work like that. Shyness can be overcome, but it takes time and effort. However, we have some tips to lose shyness more easily, although not immediately.
